Healing the Body and Brain — Where Trauma Lives

Brainspotting is a powerful mind-body technique that helps access and release trauma stored deep within the brain and body. It is effective for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, abuse, addictions, fears, performance blocks, and significant trauma memories.

This approach works by locating specific “brainspots” — points in your visual field that directly connect to the emotional and physical experiences held in your brain and nervous system. By focusing on these points, your body’s innate healing process is activated, allowing you to naturally release what’s ready to be healed in the moment.


🌿 What to Expect

During your session, you’ll be guided into a calm, safe, and grounded state. Together, we will locate your individual brainspot by observing subtle cues such as eye movements, body sensations, and emotional activation.

Once the spot is identified, the processing begins. You may notice shifts in emotions, body sensations, or memories. Some clients prefer to process internally in silence, while others share their experiences out loud — both are welcome and supported.

As your practitioner, I remain deeply attuned to your process, holding a compassionate and sacred space that allows your body and brain to release stored trauma safely and naturally.

Processing time varies for each person — some experience deep release within 20 minutes, while others move through layers over an hour or more. It’s common for the body and mind to continue integrating and releasing over the next 3–7 days following a session.

Brainspotting helps you reach the root cause of emotional pain rather than just addressing the symptoms.

Often, what we notice — anxiety, overwhelm, tension — are surface indicators of deeper stored experiences. The body communicates through these symptoms, signaling that something unresolved needs attention.

Because trauma lives in both the brain and body, true healing must include both. Brainspotting gently identifies where trauma is held in the body, connects it to where it resides in the brain, and allows for a full release — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Clients often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply at peace after a session — as though years of emotional weight have finally lifted.

Brainspotting activates deep emotional processing and requires intentional self-care before and after sessions.

Prior to beginning, we’ll review a personalized self-care plan that includes strategies for:

  • Physical well-being and rest

  • Emotional and psychological support

  • Social and relational care

  • Spiritual grounding

  • Professional and personal support systems

These practices ensure you feel supported, safe, and resourced as your healing unfolds.

Individual Brainspotting Session — $150


Experience a deep, guided session to identify and release trauma held within the brain and body. Sessions last 90 minutes and include preparation, in-session support, and post-session integration guidance. Ideal for those who want to address a specific issue or explore Brainspotting before committing to a full package.

Individual Crocodile Brainspotting Session — $200

A trauma-informed, mind-body approach to breaking free from addictive patterns.

This specialized package helps you address addictions of any kind — substance use, behavioral, or emotional — by working directly with the primitive “crocodile brain” where trauma and survival patterns are stored. Using Crocodile Brainspotting, emotional clearing, and energetic support, these sessions helps release triggers, restore balance, and create lasting freedom from compulsive behaviors.

🧠 Brainspotting Healing Journey Package 1: Emotional Release & Realignment — $1,200

This package is designed for deep emotional release and energetic realignment.
It supports you in safely identifying, processing, and clearing trauma from both the brain and body — creating space for peace, clarity, and reconnection with your true self.

What’s Included

Initial Consult (1.5–2 hours)
We’ll explore your trauma history and current challenges, completing a trauma assessment to understand your physical and emotional landscape. From here, we’ll co-create a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs and readiness.

Self-Care Plan Review (30–45 minutes, virtual)
Together we’ll review your self-care plan, ensuring you have the emotional, physical, and spiritual tools to support your healing process.

Brainspotting Session 1 (1–2 hours)
Your first deep-dive Brainspotting session — where we locate and gently activate the trauma capsule stored within the brain and body for safe release.

Emotional Clearing Session (1 hour)
Using The Emotion Code and energy work, we’ll release trapped emotions that surfaced from your Brainspotting session — freeing energetic and emotional blocks that have been held within the body.

Brainspotting Session 2 (1–2 hours)
A second session to continue processing and integration, allowing your system to release and heal more deeply.

Energy Clearing & PEMF Mat Reset (1 hour)
You’ll rest on a Rainbow PEMF Chakra Mat, receiving negative-ion, far-infrared, and PEMF therapy to calm the nervous system, recharge cellular energy, and anchor your body into deep relaxation and natural balance.

 

🌸 Brainspotting Healing Journey Package 2: Somatic Awareness & Integration — $1,400

This package is ideal if you want to deepen body connection and develop daily practices to integrate your healing.
It supports trauma release while teaching you to listen to and move with your body’s wisdom.

The first Brainspotting session to locate and release trauma held within the brain and nervous system.

Body Awareness & Movement Integration (1–2 hours)
In this session, you’ll learn to tune into your body’s sensations to identify where trauma may be stored. Together, we’ll design a personalized 15–20 minute daily somatic movement practice to support continued healing and emotional regulation.

Brainspotting Session 2 (1–2 hours)
A second Brainspotting session to deepen processing and integration, facilitating continued emotional and physical release.

Energy Clearing & PEMF Mat Reset (1 hour)
Experience a grounding energy clearing session on the Rainbow PEMF Chakra Mat to restore balance, rejuvenate your energy, and support emotional integration.
