Somatic movement helps you listen to what your body is communicating and gently guides you back into connection — safely, slowly, and with awareness.

You might begin with simple mindfulness practices such as deep breathing and a full-body scan:

  • Close your eyes and take a few deep, grounding breaths.

  • Bring awareness to the top of your head and notice any sensations in your eyes, cheeks, or mouth.

  • Move down to your shoulders — are you holding tension you didn’t realize was there?

  • Continue through your spine, hips, and legs.

  • Many people hold significant emotion in their hips — notice what you feel.

  • Finally, imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the earth, connecting you to Mother Earth’s grounding energy.

This simple practice begins the journey of awareness and reconnection — helping your body feel safe enough to release what it’s been holding.

After more than a decade of working with individuals who have experienced deep trauma, I’ve learned that talking alone isn’t enough — and can sometimes even make things worse. Healing requires a mind, body, and soul approach for lasting transformation.

Each somatic movement experience is designed to gently guide you back into connection with your body — helping you release what’s been held, restore balance, and feel deeply grounded in your own energy.

You’ll begin with an initial consultation, where we’ll explore your story, your current experiences, and what your body may be communicating. This conversation allows me to understand your unique needs, patterns, and goals so we can design a movement practice that truly supports your healing journey.

Next, you’ll receive a personalized somatic movement and Kundalini kriya sequence created specifically for you. This customized set is designed to meet you where you are — supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment.

Over the next 40 days, you’ll practice this sequence as part of your daily routine. This consistent movement allows your body to slowly unwind layers of tension, stored emotion, and energetic blocks.

Each week, we’ll meet virtually for check-ins to talk through your progress, discuss any barriers that arise, and celebrate your insights and breakthroughs. You’ll have space to ask questions, share reflections, and receive additional support or adjustments as needed.

At the completion of your 40-day journey, we’ll come together for an integration session to review your journal entries, discuss your personal transformation, and identify how to continue building on your healing and growth.

This journey is deeply personal and sacred — a space to reconnect with your body, release what’s no longer serving you, and awaken a renewed sense of presence, peace, and power within.
